Use of the site or its content requires the user to be in compliance with the following terms and conditions.
Description of services:
The objective of TozziniFreire Advogados site is to provide its clients and the public in general with institutional information about its legal practice, as well as legal information produced by the firm. In accordance with the terms of the Code of Ethics and Discipline of the Brazilian Bar Association, the TozziniFreire Advogados site and its content is not intended for the securing clients nor for advertising purposes.
News and Publications:
TozziniFreire Advogados also makes available to users of the site informative articles prepared by its partners and lawyers. These articles are merely for information purposes and shall not be considered as legal advice. No information provided herein or its use by the visitor will result in any liability to TozziniFreire Advogados. At no time shall the consultation or use of such articles be deemed to establish any attorney-client relationship, as TozziniFreire Advogados does not provide legal services through its site.
Restricted area:
TozziniFreire Advogados may develop special services for its clients in a restricted area of the site. Such services will be subject to the execution of a special agreement by clients. These services will be governed by separate terms of use.

Messages and résumés:
The TozziniFreire Advogados site may contain specific forms that allow you to send us messages or résumés. The messages sent will be forwarded to the addressee or a person at the firm responsible for the topic in question. Resumes are forwarded to our Personnel Department and will remain available for consultation by members of the firm. The information received will not be shared with any other law firms or companies.
