With over 13 years of experience in the Intellectual Property practice, representing national and international clients, Stephanie is highly skilled in negotiating, drafting and registering of intellectual property contracts, managing large portfolios of brands and patents, and mergers and acquisitions involving assets of intellectual property. Additionally, she assists advices to her clients with the most varied demands concerning intellectual property, copyright, unfair competition, ambush marketing, domain name disputes, and technology transfer contracts matters, among others. Stephanie has also assisted artists and producers, from the music and audiovisual industries, with issues related to copyrights and contracts, including negotiations in the entertainment industry.
