TozziniFreire´s counsel in the Capital Markets and Banking & Finance practices, Daiane has experience in assisting clients in the structuring and management of investment funds (debt and equity), as well as in corporate financial transactions and financing of local and international projects, advising underwriters and issuers in public offerings of securities, IPOs, follow-ons, transactions with publicly traded companies, international issuances, securitization, agribusiness financing, blended finance, ESG investments, sustainable and impact investments, in addition to other structured financial transactions.
