With more than 10 years of experience in Financial Services, Alexandre has advised domestic and international clients on a wide range of legal and regulatory matters related to their activities in the financial services industry, as well as other issues falling within the regulatory perimeter of the Central Bank of Brazil (BCB) and the Securities and Exchange Commission of Brazil (CVM). He has extensive experience representing banks and financial institutions, financial market infrastructures (FMIs), payment institutions, virtual asset service providers (VASPs) and other financial services providers in authorization requests and other dealings with regulators, in structuring new businesses, projects and transactions, and serving as product counsel in the development of new financial products and services.
