Our Timberland Investments team provides advice on the full range of issues related to timber rights and forest projects. The group regularly assists clients in purchase and sale agreements, supply contracts, leases, creation of collateral, and other security instruments.

Our Timberland Investments professionals bring experience in all manner of real estate financing transactions, including real-estate-backed structured financial transactions, securitization of real estate receivables, and the establishment of real-estate-related investment funds. The firm spearheaded the creation of the first Brazilian real estate investment fund and structured the first real estate financing transaction involving surface rights.
