Professional experience
TozziniFreire's partner in the Corporate & Foreign Investment and Mergers & Acquisitions practices, Oswaldo has over 20 years of experience in Corporate Law, Corporate Governance and domestic and foreign M&A transactions, focusing on contracts and financing operations in several industries, such as retail, technology, biotechnology, mining, energy, oil & gas and agribusiness. He has wide expertise in international agreements, having worked on legal proceedings and arbitrations in the USA, United Kingdom and Italy. He also worked on financing operations and IPO processes in London and São Paulo.
