Julian Junqueira Rillo

TozziniFreire's partner in the Real Estate practice, Julian, has broad experience in assisting domestic and foreign clients across several industries, including residential, corporate office spaces, logistics, real estate funds, shopping malls, retail, and agribusiness. His multidisciplinary practice encompasses a wide range of real estate and related transactions, such as acquisitions and sales of commercial and logistics real estate assets, M&A, investment fund structuring, typical and atypical leases, partnerships for the development of subdivisions and condominiums, representing both developers and landowners. He also has expertise in real estate receivables securitization transactions and operations involving foreign investments in rural properties, including transactions with FIIs (Real Estate Investment Funds " Brazilian REITs) and FIAGRO (Agribusiness Investment Funds). Over the past three years, he has expanded his practice to include the carbon credits market, providing legal opinions and advisory services to developers and companies on carbon credit generation projects.
