Partner in the Corporate Law, Mergers and Acquisitions, and Corporate Governances practices at TozziniFreire, Fernanda is an expert in assisting clients in administrative proceedings involving the Securities and Exchange Commission (CVM), the Brazilian National Financial System Appeals Council (CRSFN), and B3 (Brazilian stock exchange). Her practice also comprises mergers and acquisitions transactions, public offering of shares, and corporate restructuring involving publicly-held companies. Additionally, she specializes in corporate governance issues within the ESG market.
