Professional Experience:
Working with TozziniFreire Advogados since 1990, Pedro Seraphim is the head of its Energy Practice Group. He leads the firm’s services in connection with infrastructure projects (roads, ports, etc.), project finance and PPPs. Pedro has also specialized in transactions involving renewable energy, including small hydro plants, wind power, ethanol and bio-diesel projects. He also conducts mergers & acquisitions transactions for our clients, specially those related to companies in the energy sector.
In addition, Pedro was a foreign associate at the law firm of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP from 1996 to 1998. He is also a director of the Brazilian Independent Power Producers Association (APINE).
